Morel Mushroom Hand Embroidery - 5"

This original morel mushroom embroidery was finished in April 2022 and made in a hand embroidery technique called "threadpainting". It's all hand-stitched, and it's the only one of its kind. The piece was inspired by a cluster of morels I foraged in the Sierra Nevada mountains!

The hoop measures 5" round internally and is painted black. It can be hung with a small nail using the hoop hardware at the top, or stood up with a plate stand (not included) on a table or shelf.
