Shipping policy

All purchased items will be packed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase, barring force majeure. If this is not possible, we will contact you with an updated timeline as soon as possible. 

Due to our environmental consciousness, we try to use recyclable and recycled boxes and paper when possible. Packing materials for your piece may have been creatively re-used, but your piece will always arrive clean and safe :)

SHIPPING DELAYS HAVE BEEN COMMON RECENTLY. Please give yourself plenty of time when purchasing a gift or any item with a necessary received-by date. Your approximate shipping duration will show at the time of purchase, but we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping once the item has left our shop. Please be patient and reach out if you are concerned. 

Domestic shipping costs include insurance in the amount of the piece's value for our mutual protection. International rates are calculated automatically and may not include insurance for the piece.
